What is Included in Packages?
Packages Incldue the Venue, Officiant, Custom Vows, Decorations, Music and Photography.
What's the time frame?
We block out a window of time for or Wedding Packages. This includes the arrival time for you and guests, preparing in the Bridal Suite prior to the ceremony, the signing of the marriage license and at photography. The package options vary.
What time do guests arrive?
Your guests should arrive 30 minutes prior to your ceremony. If your guests arrive early, we ask that they wait until our coordinator arrives to direct them to a waiting area.
Is there a Bridal Suite?
Yes, we have a private Bridal Suite to change into your wedding dress, and touch up your hair and makeup. The bride usually heads there directly so that the guests and the groom don't see her before she walks down the aisle.
Can you provide witnesses?
Yes, we can arrange to include witnesses with notice. Please contact us for details.
How do I book your vendors?
Our experienced Wedding Planner will connect you with our team once you book with us.
May I bring my own vendors?
This varies by service. All vendors must be licsensed and insured and provide us in advance with a COI (please ask for details). We highly recommend our in house vendors who are familiar with the venue. Ask our Wedding Planner for details.
Can I bring my own Minister?
Yes, you may. Although a minister is included in all packages, you have the option to bring your own minister to perform your ceremony. We do not discount the package, however.
Where do I get my marriage license?
You may obtain your marriage license from the country clerk in the county you live in. If you are coming from another state, you are able to get your marriage license here in Maricopa County in the morning, and be married same day.
You both must be present to obtain the license, and you will need two witnesses to validate the marriage license.
How far out can I book my wedding?
You may book as far as two years out. Please check availability and pricing with us. It's a first come first serve basis, and a deposit will be required to hold your date and time.
