Welcome to your wedding journey. This is the most exciting time in your life. I’ll be happy to guide you through the planning process with tools and advice along the way. Let’s begin with your personalized love story, which is fun to share with your family and friends. How did you meet? Where and when was the proposal? We can create a unique web page just for you with photos and captions that illustrate how it all began.

Save the dates are another fun way to let everyone know what you are planning, even if all the details are still unfolding. I can help you with a digital save the date card to share externally and upload to your site. We can also design your wedding invitations together. I'd love to chat about your hobbies and interests so we can incorporate them.

Do you have an engagement session planned? This is something to consider, so you can share images day of and get better acquainted with your photographer. It helps ease you into posing in a relaxed setting and feeling more comfortable in front of the camera. Why is sunset hour magical? I can explain this from a technical perspective.

What’s the best way to go about looking for the perfect gown? What should you look for in a tux rental or purchase? This can be an amazing experience that’s special and fun with a little foresight. Did you know there’s tools to help figure out which style is most flattering for you?

Start a Pinterest board for sharing ideas! How do you determine the style of your wedding? Have you thought about how it feels and what the color scheme should be? This is a great place to find ideas and bring the entire event design together.

I’ll be happy to make suggestions if you aren’t sure how to manage expectations with guests who don’t make the “yes” list. We can even brainstorm ways to propose to your wedding party.

Which venue is right for you? What are the pros and cons? This process takes considerable time and thought. I can give you tips on how to manage this most important decision. It comes down to the setting you prefer and how flexible you need things to be. Are you considering eloping? Destination weddings are so much fun. Whether you’re going for an intimate wedding or a full size celebration, there’s no right or wrong.

Vetting vendors is a process. Let’s talk about what questions to ask, how to narrow down the search and make an informed choice. There are so many aspects to consider in any given category. We have experts in each area of expertise on our team that can let you know how to best prepare.

How do you establish your timeline? Most weddings are based on traditional elements, to include a ceremony and/or reception with photos of key moments such as a cake cutting and first dance. Let’s look at your sunset time and go from there. I have timelines and agendas that we can customize as things progress.

When it comes to your ceremony, we can talk about your vows. Are they religious based or not so much? How do you want to prepare them and orchestrate them the day of? Perhaps incorporating a keepsake like a personalized booklet is important to you. Another thing to consider is a sand ceremony or a Unity candle. Some couples prefer a hand fasting. Who is in charge of the license before and after? Who is responsible for the rings?
